The soundscapes used are built around binaural beats and brainwave entrainment — a scientifically studied method of using two slightly different audio frequencies played separately into each ear. The Swedish massage is the foundation of Western therapeutic massage. Your personal information is stored securely, either digitally via password-protected systems or in physical records kept confidentially. By booking a service with Senzoria, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. Please read carefully before confirming your appointment.

1. Services

Senzoria provides mobile wellness services, including deep-tissue massage, relaxation massage, sports massage, and Sound Immersion sessions. All services are delivered at the client's chosen location (home, hotel, or office) within the Central Coast area. Services are provided only by a qualified sole practitioner operating under the Senzoria brand.

2. Booking & Payment

A confirmed booking constitutes a service agreement. Payment is accepted via cash, bank transfer, card, or online prepayment. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prepaid bookings are subject to the cancellation policy below. Senzoria reserves the right to request a deposit to secure your booking.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice incur no fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total session amount. No-shows (failure to be present or reachable at the confirmed time and location) will be charged the full session fee. Cancellation fees are non-negotiable except in genuine medical emergencies supported by documentation. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly by phone or email.

4. Health Intake & Contraindications

All clients are required to complete a health intake form prior to their first session. This information is used solely to ensure your safety and tailor the treatment to your needs. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy. Senzoria reserves the right to modify or decline a treatment if undisclosed or newly presented conditions pose a health risk. Failure to disclose relevant health information releases Senzoria from any liability for adverse effects.

5. Service Location & Environment

You are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and appropriate space for the session. This includes sufficient room for a portable massage table, adequate ventilation, and reasonable privacy. Senzoria reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if the environment is deemed unsafe, unhygienic, or inappropriate — in which case the full session fee still applies. Services are available at private residences, hotels, and offices within the Central Coast area. Travel outside the standard service zone may incur an additional travel fee, confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Conduct & Professional Boundaries

Senzoria operates within strict professional and ethical standards. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or threatening behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged. Senzoria reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, at our sole discretion.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. If you have a concern about your treatment, please raise it during or immediately following the session. Senzoria will review legitimate concerns on a case-by-case basis. Dissatisfaction with service outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund unless there is clear evidence of practitioner error.

8. Liability

Senzoria carries appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance. However, Senzoria is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from undisclosed health conditions, failure to follow post-treatment advice, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Clients with existing medical conditions are advised to consult their healthcare provider before booking.

9. Privacy

All personal and health information collected is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely to deliver your wellness services. Information is not shared with third parties.
